Deposit
A non refundable deposit of £10 per head is required at the time of booking.

Provisional bookings must be confirmed (with a deposit) at least 60 days before the event.

Tee reservations cannot be held for less than 12 people.

Unless by prior arrangement green fees must be paid before teeing off.

Final numbers, for which a full charge will be made, should be confirmed seven (7) days before your event.

Halfway house drinks must be purchased from the club or professional.

Please ensure your members are aware of the dress code to avoid embarrassment.

Our insurance does not cover visitors. Your group should carry their own insurance.

All members of your society should be experienced golfers.

Mobile phones are not allowed on the course or in the clubhouse.
